All US orders received will be shipped within 48 hours. US shipments will generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your selected shipping method. We offer several shipping options from the USPS and UPS for shipping in the US. You may calculate your shipping cost without having to create an account by placing the item(s) you wish to purchase into your cart, and using our shipping estimator.

International orders may be held for up to 7 business days for verification. For International orders, we offer USPS Global Priority, or USPS Airmail as the shipping methods. Orders that are lost by the USPS for international shipping are not the responsibility of Expertees.

Shipping rates are based on weight and location. We are currently offering free shipping within the Continental United States. Outside of these areas shipping costs will be determined by the rates charged by USPS or UPS.

Currently most of our inventory are full size retail boxes, weighing over 1lb. However, many single T-shirts mailed in a standard envelope weigh under 1lb. To find out the weight of a package, please email us via the contact us form

For International orders, additional charges may apply. Please note that you are responsible for any and all foreign Customs Charges and/or Duties. We are unable to undervalue shipments for Customs purposes. All prices on our web site are in US Dollars and shipping is always an additional charge.

All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

1. If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 14 days.
2. If the product is defective due to a manufacturers defect, you may return it to us for refund, credit or replacement within 14 days.
3. If the product is the wrong size or color it may be exchanged for the correct one.

You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. You must return it in the protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused. Shipping charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
